All SCOadmin facilities are fully internationalized. All text elements, including labels, menus, messages, and pixmap paths are stored in message catalogs and accessed via message IDs instead of being embedded in the code.
The process of looking up the correct text for the current language environment is called localization. This is accomplished via the functions IntlLocal and IntlLocalizeMsg, which take a message ID and return a localized message. If you anticipate having to adapt your SCOadmin program to other language environments, you should use the SCOadmin internationalization mechanism which is described further in ``Using the SCOadmin internationalization facility''. Even if you do not create message catalogs, your program will have to deal with SCOadmin error stacks containing localized error messages and message IDs are needed to use error handling facilities - see ``About SCOadmin error handling''.
